Chicago PD Detective Hank Voight Played by Jason Beghe
Chicago PD Detective Hank Voight was introduced in the first season of Chicago Fire. His son was involved in a car accident and had been drinking. When Matthew Casey turned Voight’s son in things got very bad very fast between them. The rumor is Hank Voight is a dirty cop and most of the available evidence points that way. He is arrested for trying to have Casey “taken care of” and everyone thinks that is the end of Hank Voight; but that isn’t the case and Voight is back, promoted to sergeant and working with the intelligence division of Chicago PD.
Jason Beghe was born in 1960 in New York City. He made is film debut in the 1985 movie Compromising Positions which starred Susan Sarandon. In 1991 he was reunited with Sarandon in Thelma & Louise and in 1997 played opposite Demi Moore in G.I. Jane. Chicago PDis not Jason Beghe‘s first Chicago based drama. In 1997 he was Danny Blaines in Chicago Hope. Jason has made numerous guest spots of some of TV’s best shows such as; Alien Nation, Quantum Leap, The X-Files, Veronica Mars, Numb3rs, and Castle.
